COMISSIONS

Can I Order Commissioned Art?

Feel free to send me an email at contact@lisanaber.com to discuss your commissioned art request.

I will be happy to paint an acrylic painting according to your wishes. We can discuss which size, color scheme and wild animals you prefer. You can also send me pictures of the interior where the painting would go.


How does the process look like? 

After we defined size, colour scheme and which animals are painted, I will send you a first sketch of your commisioned piece. 

Before finalizing, I will also send pictures and/or videos of the painting, so that small changes can still be made according to your wishes. 


How is the Payment process of Commisions?

Half of the commisioned work is paid as an initial fee and the rest upon collection of the work or before shipping. 


SHIPPING & RETURNS

How is my artwork shipped?

Originals are professionally packed with acid free parchment paper and secured with protective padding. All purchases are sent via DHL tracked & insured shipping services.

All orders will come with a tracking number. 

 

Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?

For customers outside of the EU, it's possible that you may need to pay domestic import and tax fees. Each country has its own regulations in this regard, so I recommend checking your domestic rules and regulations for more information. Please note that import and tax fees are not within my control.

 

What Is the Delivery Time?

Please allow up to 14 days for me to dispatch your original purchase. 

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

I offer shipping to Europe, United Kingdom, United States and Canada. To check if we can send a painting to your country, simply add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. All available countries will be displayed there. Shipping prices vary based on the product size and your location. Please contact me via contact@lisanaber.com in case your country is not in the list.

Do You Accept Returns?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Due to the delicate nature of the artwork during shipping, it must be made sure that the painting is secure for shipment. The painting must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. If you need to return your painting, please contact me at contact@lisanaber.com. The shipping fees are paid by the customer.
